Esther-Mirjam de Boer is a strategy through and through. One with doer qualities. It supports organisations in their leadership development, so that they can better implement their strategies. As a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen, she integrates her topics into the course “Strategy Consulting in Practice”. It believes in diversity in management bodies as a strategic success factor. Her work is characterized by systemic and solution-oriented approaches and appreciation of diversity – be it in consulting, as moderator, trainer, facilitator, diversity recruiter and coach.
