Reinhard Kastl studied organizational, work and business psychology at the Paris-Lodron University of Salzburg. After his senior consultant role, he took over the operational management of Marketing & HR in a wholesale company in the interior design industry. Subsequently, he was appointed HR director of a home shopping company. Since 1991, he has been advising national and international clients on the filling of specialist and management positions as well as on numerous HR projects. Talent development is his great passion. As a cooperation partner of Jaagou Talent Development, he is actively assisting those interested in personnel development. As a strong implementer and entrepreneurial pragmatist, he implements projects holistically.
